CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Canceling your order
If you’d like to cancel your order, please go to your Account and click into your Orders, where you can click through to Cancel the order of the artwork. You may also email rachel@seligerstudio.com to request a cancellation; however, using this method, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel the order before it is shipped.
Return Policy
If you aren’t pleased with your purchase, you may initiate a return within two (2) business days of delivery, unless the print is signed and numbered or marked as ‘Final Sale’. To initiate a return, please email rachel@seligerstudio.com and:
Use the subject line “Return Request,” and refer to the order number and name of the product in your email. Once you request the return, our customer service team will be in touch within one (2) business days to start the process of getting a return shipping quote for you. Art must be handled with care, so return shipping of artwork may only be arranged by Seliger Studio to ensure safe transport. Note that return shipping may need to be arranged with an art shipper based on specific information, like whether the work must be professionally repacked. This decision will be made at Seliger Studio’s discretion to ensure safe transport back to the gallery. Return shipping fees will therefore differ from the fees initially paid to ship the work to the customer.
Upon receiving the quote for return shipping, you will have the opportunity to decide whether you would like to proceed with the return process. If you decide to proceed, you must respond to Customer Service within two (2) business days, and the cost of insured return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount returned to your original payment method. Please note the cost of shipping the artwork to you is non-refundable.
Returns must be received back at the studio in the same condition in which it was sent to you.
International customers, unfortunately import duties and value added taxes (VAT) cannot be recovered if you request a return.

PRINTING PROCESS
Archival Prints
Hand printed in our studio these prints are of museum quality. Using the finest quality papers and inks designed to resist color fading, drawings and paintings are reproduced using a fine art printer with exceptionally high resolution.
Platinum Palladium Prints
Platinum prints are handmade and unlike any other printing process. We have had the good fortune of working with one of the finest craftsmen in our industry, Arkady Lvov, who creates all of our prints. Platinum Palladium Prints are known for their durability, it’s believed that a properly made platinum print can last 1,000+ years. Here’s a bit more about why we have invested in this special craft for image making:
- The reflective quality of the print is much more diffuse in nature compared to glossy prints that typically have specular reflections.
- A very delicate, large tonal range.
- Not being coated with gelatin, the prints do not exhibit the tendency to curl.
- The darkest possible tones in the prints are lighter than silver-based prints.
- A decreased susceptibility to deterioration compared to silver-based prints due to the inherent stability of the process and also because they are printed on 100% rag papers.
